How Castle Hampers Works - It's easy!

All you need to do is pay a little each week via Direct Debit. At Christmas time, your hampers, pressies and/or savings club products will be delivered to your home,* so there's no need to battle huge Christmas crowds.

*Customers in remote areas may need to collect hampers from pick up points.

What to choose?

We have hampers to suit everyone! Most people choose a variety of hampers - groceries, meats, gifts, drinks, pressies and some things for their home.
Mix and match hampers to suit your family whether large or small! You can alter or increase your order until 31st August 2009, so keep your catalogue handy!

The best way to pay

After you have chosen the hampers you want, we then calculate how much you need to pay each week (or fortnight/month), then Direct Debit your account on a day you choose. You won't even notice the payments!
By the time your order arrives, you will have paid for all of your hampers, pressies and/or savings club products. Alternatively, you can pay for your hampers via BPAY, credit card or cheque.

A Direct Debit Authority allows a payment to be automatically deducted from your bank account.

  • It's safe, saves you time and saves you money (postage, bank fees etc).
  • You are in complete control at all times.
  • You can cancel/suspend the authority at any time.
  • You can leave the authority in place for next year.
  • Payments can be adjusted if you miss a payment or change your order.

By downloading and completing the Direct Debit Authority form you are authorising Castle Hampers to debit your payments from your chosen account. At midnight on the day you have chosen (usually your pay day), our bank debits your account electronically. It's easy. Just fill in the form and then relax.

How to order online

To order online, simply click "Add to Cart" next to any of the products you would like to purchase. Items will be added to your shopping cart which will automatically update to show the current total. When you have added everything you would like to order, click on "Checkout" and follow the simple instructions that lead you through the ordering process. It's that easy! Please note: In most delivery locations, the price of products includes collecting your payments (charged to us by our bank) and delivery.

Order confirmation

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a letter confirming your order prior to Direct Debit payments commencing. Please check all your details very carefully as this is what we have on record for you. If any of the details are incorrect please call us immediately and we will make the necessary changes. If you do not receive an order confirmation please Contact Us.

Changing your order

You are able to add to and amend your order by contacting us before 31st August 2009 by using the following methods:

  1. Download a Change of Order Form
  2. Fax your Change of Order form to 1800 132 001
  3. Post your Change of Order form to us (no stamp required) as follows:
